My name is Julia Hankerson and I am the President of the Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce for 2008, and a local business owner, (Woodbine Wellness Center, LLC) located in Woodbine. Our Chamber Membership has been growing dramatically over the past few years thanks to our previous officials and their accomplishments.

As a non-profit organization, the Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce invites you to join our group of businesses and professionals who are dedicated to working together. As the voice for business, the Chamber’s effectiveness depends on our community’s business involvement. We hope that you will consider supporting the Chamber by becoming a member.

Our mission is to provide community leadership, and to support economic development and growth in our business community. Addressing business needs remains a priority, and through the diversity of our members and partnership with other organizations, we will succeed.

Some of our goals for 2008 included our The Woodbine Family Festival, a Woodbine Chamber of Commerce Directory book for publishing & distribution, increased involvement in community activities such as the Christmas Parade, and improving business to business exposure for the membership. If you have any ideas let us know by coming to the meetings or by email!.

Chamber meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month. To accommodate as many members as possible, meetings are at 8:30am during even months (February, April, June, August and October) at Dionysus Restaurant, and at 7:00 pm during odd months (January, March, May, July, September and November) at the Woodbine Ambulance Corps. building - 507 DeHirsch Ave, Woodbine.
